Italien

Just arrived from Sardinia by ferry in Genoa, I had two days to get to Venice, there the Vogalonga took place. My first destination, the Cinque Terre, unfortunately lay in fog. I went on to Lucca and from there to Pisa to move the tower straight. Lucca I found something more interesting than Pisa. In the evening I reached San Gimignano, famous for their many towers. In the middle ages, the rich of the city had a competition, who buildt the highest tower. In San Gimignano I spent the evening and the morning of the next day. For Florence, unfortunately, the time war too short, so I drove straight to Venice. That was a good decision, after all, I had to reat a bit befor the Vogalonga.
